It typically takes 4 weeks to build one, but may be able to rush if needed
Approximately $30 per square foot for the standard,
and $40 per square foot for the hinged roof
$90 for the standard 18"x24" (small)
$120 for the hinged roof 18"x24" (small)
$180 for the standard 24"x36" (medium)
$240 for for the hinged roof 24"x36" (medium)
$360 for the standard 36"x48" (large)
$480 for for the hinged roof 36"x48" (large)
I can build any kind of pet house for you, but the price will change according to size, style, materials, ect.
Custom colors will be $25 extra per color.
Plus a 50% lumber surcharge
